    Film Singham Again features Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles with Arjun Kapoor as the main antagonist. The film features Bollywood actors such as Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, T Shroff and Akshay Kumar in extended guest appearance from the Rohit Shetty Universe.

    Singham Again also features Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey for just 10-15 seconds in the post credit scene.

    Actor Ajay Devgn who leads Singham Again on his shoulders has charged a whopping 50 crores for his performance. The budget of Singham is over 300 crores. Ajay Devgn is one of the co-producers of the film.

    Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan who plays the female lead as Singham’s wife has been 12 crores for her performance.

    Arjun Kapoor who essays the role of the main antagonist has been 5 crores for his performance. Singham Again is going to be a career changing film for him. He will now receive several movies offers to do the villain roles.

    Superstar Akshay Kumar who is one of the highest paid actors in India has received a cheque of 10 crores to reprise his role of Sooryavanshi as a guest appearance in the film. Ranveer Singh who essays the role of Simmba in Rohit Shetty Universe has been 6 crores for his guest appearance.

    Actor T Shroff and actress Deepika Padukone are the two new entrants in the Rohit Shetty Universe. In future, Rohit Shetty will make a female led film reportedly titled ‘Lady Singham’ with Deepika Padukone and another film with T Shroff. They both were officially introduced in Singham Again.

    Deepika Padukone received a cheque of 4 crores while T Shroff received a cheque of 2 crores for their guest appearances.

    Director Rohit Shetty who co-produced the film, written it and directed it will take home at least 100 crores.

    Last but not the least, one of India’s highest paid actors, Salman Khan reprised his most iconic role of Chulbul Pandey in Singham Again. Rohit Shetty plans the merge Dabangg film franchise with his Universe. Salman Khan will only feature in a standalone film with Ajay Devgn. Other characters such as Akshay Kumar, T Shroff, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh won’t feature in Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan’s standalone film that will be directed by Rohit Shetty.

    Salman Khan shot for his cameo in Singham Again in just a day. His cameo was almost cancelled due some difficulties in Salman Khan’s personal life and his security concerns. But because of his close friendship with Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty, Salman Khan did the cameo on an urgent basic and charged no fees for it.

    Actor Arjun Kapoor has made a solid comeback by having his biggest commercially successful film released recently. He played the main antagonist in Rohit Shetty’s film ‘Singham Again’.

    Singham Again is an large scale film and the fifth part of the Rohit Shetty Universe. The film featured Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles with Akshay Kumar, T Shroff, Deepika Padukone, and Ranveer Singh in an extended cameo appearance. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty.

    Singham Again received mixed to positive reviews and has emerged as a big success despite releasing against another big film. The film is expected to wrap up its theatrical release with a collection of over 250+ crores in India. It is the biggest success for Arjun Kapoor after a series of flop films.

    Arjun Kapoor is the son of producer Boney Kapoor. He made his debut with the 2012 film ‘Ishaqzaade’ and achieved a bit of fame. He had his biggest breakthrough with the 2014 film ‘2 States’ which was critically acclaimed and was a major commercial success.

    Since 2015, Arjun Kapoor’s career has taken a sharp downgrade and he has delivered several disappointing films in a row.

The film was released in March 2021 and emerged as a box office flop. Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar aired on Amazon Prime Video where it became one of the most watched films of the year. Though the film received mixed to negative reviews from critics, but on the OTT platform Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar was well accepted by the viewers.

    Following Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, Arjun Kapoor’s new two films ‘Sardar Ka Grandson’ opposite Rakul Preet Singh and ‘Bhoot Police’ were released on OTT platforms Netflix and Hotstar. Sardar Ka Grandson attracted a decent number of viewers on Netflix but Bhoot Police emerged as a big success. Bhoot Police featured Arjun Kapoor alongside Saif Ali Khan, Jacquline Fernandez, and Yami Gautam.

    Arjun Kapoor’s 2023 release which starred several critically acclaimed actors too flopped at the box office. The film was titled ‘Kuttey’ and it featured an ensemble cast of Arjun Kapoor, Tabu, Naseeruddin Shah, Konkona Sen Sharma, Radhika Madan, Kumud Mishra, Ashish Vidyarthi and Anurag Kashyap among others. Kuttey was directed by noted filmmaker Vishal Bharadwaj’s son Aasmaan Bhardwaj. Kuttey was a huge box office flop. The film earned just 3 crores against a budget of 45 crores.

    In 2023, Arjun Kapoor and actress Bhumi Pednekar starred in a film titled ‘The Lady K’. The film was released in theatres on November 3, 2023, to a devastating response. The film had no buzz on the ground or on social media. The film had to marketing or promotional strategy. The makers abandoned the film.

    The Lady K was made on a budget of 45 crores and did not even earn 1 lakh in India. It is considered as the biggest box office flops in the history of Indian Cinema. Following its disastrous response in theatres, no OTT or digital platforms like Netflix, Hotstar, Prime Video, and Sony Liv bought the digital rights of the film. The makers had to release the entire film on YouTube.

    Arjun Kapoor is following the path of Bobby Deol, who is now doing only villain and main antagonist roles in Pan-India films after not getting success in Hindi films as the main protagonist.

    In February 2024, Arjun Kapoor met Rohit Shetty and got the offer to be the main antagonist character in the film.

    Arjun Kapoor has made an impressive start to his career with negative roles. His performance in Singham Again has been received well by the audience. Audiences, critics, and online movie assessors are calling Arjun Kapoor the best part of the film. His acting performance, his intro scene, and his background score are the major highlights of the film.

    Recently in an interview, Arjun Kapoor revealed that he was sad that his last several films didn’t work. He wasn’t enjoying anything. He was confused. He didn’t know what to do next.

    Arjun Kapoor added that he is happy by doing a negative character in Singham Again. He highlighted that Bobby Deol has restarted his career by doing negative roles and he has been blessed with great films, massive characters and he is receiving love from audiences.

    Arjun Kapoor has officially stated that he will be doing negative and villain roles now. He said that he is open to doing villain roles in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil films.

    Rohit Shetty today is one of the biggest film directors of India. He is known for his exceptional skills in directing comedy, and family entertainers. He is the leading man who directed the RS Universe and Golmaal film franchise. Although Rohit Shetty is the biggest nightmare of Indian film critics. The critics hate him and his style of filmmaking. His films often have unscientific, illogical, and nonsense stunt scenes. All of his films except Chennai Express have received mixed reviews. But he has received immense success through such films. He has delivered over ten consecutive major commercially successful films.

    Rohit Shetty has written, produced and directed films such as Singham, Golmaal, Singham Returns, Golmaal 3, Golmaal 4, Simmba and Sooryavanshi. His upcoming film is Singham Again which is slated to release on 1st November 2024.

    The Rohit Shetty Universe is one of the biggest and most successful film franchises. It all began in 2011 when Rohit Shetty directed Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham in the 2011 entertainer film Singham. Singham upon its release in 2011 received positive reviews and emerged as a blockbuster at the box office. Singham (Hindi) was a remake of a Tamil film of the same name. Singham in Tamil starred actor Suriya in the lead role.

    Rohit Shetty initially had no plans of directing this film. But after watching Wanted and Dabanng, Rohit Shetty decided to make this film with Ajay Devgn. The success and reception from the audience for Wanted and Dabangg inspired Rohit Shetty to go ahead with Singham.

    Featuring Salman Khan in the lead, Wanted and Dabangg were released in 2009 and 2010 to overwhelming response.     Following the success of Singham (2011) and Singham Returns (2014), Rohit Shetty planned to introduce several new characters and shape his movie franchise.

    In 2018, Rohit Shetty introduced Ranveer Singh as the new character of his Universe. Ranveer Singh was featured in the movie Simmba which was an official remake of Jr NTR’s Telugu film Temper. Simmba received highly positive reviews and emerged as a blockbuster. In the post-credit scene of Simmba, director Rohit Shetty introduced another Bollywood superstar as the new character in his Universe. We all saw actor Akshay Kumar making a short appearance as Sooryavanshi in Simmba. Ajay Devgn too featured in a lengthy guest appearance as Singham in Simmba.

    Akshay Kumar led Sooryavanshi is the first film where Ranveer Singh, Ajay Devgn, and Akshay Kumar featured together in the climax. Sooryavanshi emerged as a blockbuster in 2021.

    Future of RS Universe

    The upcoming film from the Rohit Shetty Universe is Singham Again. Singham Again is one of the biggest and most anticipated releases of the year. The film features as many as six major Hindi actors and two new entrants in the Universe.

  • Trailer Review: Singham Again Is A Cringe Feast

    Popular Indian filmmaker Rohit Shetty is returning with another film in 2024. His last film came in 2021 with the Akshay Kumar led Sooryavanshi. His 2024 mega release is Singham Again starring Ajay Devgn in the title role as Bajirao Singham. It is the fifth installment of the Rohit Shetty Universe. The film is set to release worldwide on 1st November.

    The trailer of the film was released recently in a grand way. With an extent of 4.50 minutes is the longest trailer ever for an Indian movie. As was announced earlier and as seen in the trailer, the other two other actors from the Rohit Shetty Universe, Akshay Kumar as Sooryavanshi and Ranveer Singh as Sangram Bhalerao make an extended cameo appearance in the film. Rohit Shetty’s two new entrants from the his Universe, T Shroff and Deepika Padukone are introduced in Singham Again with an extended cameo appearance. Besides Ajay Devgn, Singham Again stars Kareena Kapoor Khan in the female lead and Arjun Kapoor as the main antagonist. The film also stars J Shroff, Ravi Kishan, and Dayanand Shetty in pivotal roles.

    Singham Again Trailer Review

    The trailer of Singham Again is 4.50 minutes which is quite frustrating. Every actor gets a lengthy introduction scene. The trailer is bursting with cringe dialogues and mindless stunt sequences. The entire film has CGI and VFX graphics.

    Singham Again might come as cringe to many. There are too many guest appearances and too many big stars featuring. And it doesn’t end here as one big superstar is set to make a guest appearance in the post-credit scenes of the film.

    Spoiler Alert: Entry of Chulbul Pandey

    It is indeed true. One of the biggest superstars of the nation Salman Khan is confirmed to make a guest appearance in the film. He will star and reprise his role of Chulbul Pandey from the Dabangg film franchise. Chulbul Pandey is the most iconic movie character in India. Rohit Shetty has often expressed his desire to introduce Chulbul Pandey in his Universe and this time he has done the unthinkable. It may be for a minute or two minutes but Salman Khan is confirmed to star as Chulbul Pandey in the post-credits scene of Singham Again.

    Salman Khan’s Dabanng was released in 2010 to widespread critical acclaim. The film emerged as a major commercial success with Dabangg becoming the biggest franchise. Salman Khan’s Dabangg character became an overnight sensation. It is still one of the most iconic characters in the history of Indian Cinema.

    Followed by Dabangg in 2010, Rohit Shetty brought Singham film in 2011. Singham was a remake of a Tamil film of the same name starring Suriya in the lead role. Besides Dabangg, Rohit Shetty’s Singham became another iconic character. And, today Rohit Shetty is combining both the franchise and brining both the iconic characters together.

    According to the sources, Rohit Shetty recently met Salman Khan on the sets of his upcoming film. It was a short discussion where the director seemed to have convinced Salman Khan to do a cameo in his film. Salman who shares a healthy and great equation with Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn could not refuse. The makers of Singham Again are yet to shoot the post-credit scene of Salman Khan with the film releasing in just 20 days.

    Singham Again vs Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

    Singham Again was earlier scheduled to be released on 15th August 2024 but got postponed due to post-production work. Later, the film was announced to release in November with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 was announced to be released in November last year. But now with Singham Again coming in November things have got uglier and this will affect the business of both of the films. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is one of the most awaited films of the year.

    Singham Again is jointly produced by Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn, and Jio Studios. Both the films Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are sure shot superhits. But with Salman Khan making a cameo in Singham Again, the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 would be anxious. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has to be a massive entertaining comedy horror film to become a blockbuster.  While Singham Again is a certified blockbuster even if it receives mixed reviews.

    We predict Singham Again to earn over 300 crores in Hindi and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 to earn over 150 crores in Hindi. If released solo, Singham Again has a chance of earning more than 500 crores in Hindi, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will earn over 300 crores in Hindi.

    Singham Again is set to become the highest grossing film for Rohit Shetty by beating the lifetime collection of his previous films ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Simmba’.

    Singham Again will release on Amazon Prime Video in January 2025.

    After Singham Again, the next film from Rohit Shetty Universe could be Sooryavanshi 2. But before Sooryavanshi 2, Rohit Shetty and his team would be making Golmaal 5.
